Christian has Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher training (400 hours), yoga Nidra, meditation and Vinyasa yoga teacher training, Thai yoga massage training, Qigong teacher training, Thai bodywork training with Robert Henderson, Vipassana meditation, dynamic advanced Thai massage training. Inspiring people to a healthier lifestyle while cooking together, during yoga classes, Qigong, or meditation and being in nature is a motivation for him. In his teachings, Chris wants to pass on what he has learned and support people on their journey to more joy, vitality, and living to their full potential.
